SPEECH - Federal Reserve Bank of Boston President and Chief Executive Officer, Cathy Minehan spoke on 18 June at the Boston Municipal Research Bureau Semi-Annual Meeting, Swissotel, Boston, Massachusetts.

In the speech Cathy Minehan, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, said an economic recovery in the second half of the year was not a certainty and she was not sure the Fed had lowered rates enough to ensure a turnaround.
