The Central Bank of Malta Annual Report 2010, published on April 12, warns external shocks from euro area countries may hamper Malta's economic recovery.

The report said the recovery in Malta reflected a sharp rebound in exports, particularly in the electronic components and tourism industries, with GDP growth recovering to 3.7% in 2010.
