ECB banking supervision staff to move location

All 1,700 supervisory employees to move into Gallileo building by end of 2025

The European Central Bank (ECB) will move its 1,700 banking supervision staff to new premises in Frankfurt by the end of 2025. 

The banking supervision staff will move to the Gallileo building in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel district, the ECB announced on March 12. Some are currently working in the Eurotower in the ECB’s main site in the Ostend district, while others are working in the Japan Centre.
