Economic growth on the horizon for Finland, says Liikanen
Improved productivity and rising employment are needed to boost economic growth, says Finnish governor
The governor of the Bank of Finland has given a positive assessment of the nation's growth outlook, following the publication of the central bank's latest bulletin.
"When the economy is able to renew itself by improving productivity and generating jobs, this will boost economic growth and the outlook for the public finances. It will also reduce the risk of increased marginalisation and lack of opportunities," said Erkki Liikanen.
