Mongolia's central bank proposes Citi, ING

Mongolia's central bank has nominated Citigroup and ING to underwrite the country's first global sovereign bond, central bank governor O. Chuluunbat told Reuters on Wednesday 11 October.

"We submitted the proposal to parliament and all the relevant agencies, so it is out of our hands now. They will discuss it and make a decision within the next month or month and a half," Chuluunbat told Reuters.
