Rules for credit cards loosened by Thai regulator
Tarisa Watanagase, a central bank assistant governor, said regulators notified local banks that minimum salary requirements for new applicants were now set at 15,000 baht per month, compared with 20,000 baht earlier. Minimum salary requirements increase by 60,000 baht per year for each supplementary card.
