Interview: Hamad Saud Al-Sayari

Hamad Saud Al-Sayari was appointed governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency on April 14 1983. He is also chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and member of the board of the Public Investment Fund, and Gulf Investment Corporation. Born in 1941 he was educated at the University of Maryland, USA, taking an MA in Economics. He taught economics at the Institute of Public Administration, Riyadh, then was secretary general of the Public Investment Fund; director
