Flexibility and business continuity seen as key benefits of cloud services

But three in four fintech teams point at privacy as concern

Most central banks see business continuity and flexibility of workplace practices as the key benefits of cloud services, the Fintech Benchmarks 2025 find.

Twenty of 28 respondents identify business continuity (71.4%) and flexibility of workplace practices (71.4%) as key benefits. The least widely reported benefits are regtech and suptech efficiency (21.4%).

On the flipside, the greatest concern from cloud services is privacy (76.7%). The next greatest includes location of cloud servers (70%) and
