UK payments have room for improvement, report finds

Payments in the UK, although rapidly improving in the face of technological innovations, still have plenty of room to improve, a report by Payments UK, an industry group, has found.

The report, World class payments in the UK: enhancing the payments experience, published on August 28, identifies the principal areas in which different groups see room for improvement.
