Delivery of financial services to consumers is moving towards more cost-efficient channels that reduce the need for face-to-face contact, which could mean less effective advisory support for vulnerable groups, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz said today in her welcoming remarks at the 5th Alliance of Financial Inclusion (AFI) Policy Global Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
