Unite union considers seeking statutory approval to represent staff at the UK regulator
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority is facing a backlash from staff following proposals to change pay structures, according to trade union Unite.
In a statement, Unite – the UK finance sector’s main trade union – called on the FCA to respond to concerns from staff stemming from an organisational shake-up orchestrated by chief executive Nikhil Rathi.
