Black people in finance face ‘insidious’ racism – FCA official
Sheldon Mills says only 10% of senior figures at UK’s FTSE 100 firms are from ethnic minorities
A senior official at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has said Black people working within the financial services industry are often subject to “subtle and insidious” forms of racism.
