Riksbank says Nordea’s relocation to Finland could increase financial risks

Sveriges Riksbank estimates the relocation of Nordea’s headquarters to Finland could increase short-term financial risks, as the Bank of Finland and the European Central Bank (ECB) would take over regulatory and lender-of last-resort responsibilities.
