Over the past five years, China has invested more than $70 billion in Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries, of which there are now in excess of 100. This section includes the annual survey of central banks in jurisdictions participating in the BRI – all respondents to which agreed the initiative is an important measure in promoting globalisation.
