A time of transformation

Regnology was formed in 2021 when BearingPoint RegTech, a former business unit of BearingPoint Group, joined forces with Vizor Software, a global leader in regulatory and supervisory technology. Regnology is on a proactive growth journey with a number of new acquisitions adding to its technological capabilities or to extend its geographic reach. These include the purchase of Tax Information (TIR) from PwC UK to further its capabilities in tax reporting, the addition of Belgian RegTech, b.fine, which specialises in last mile reporting services, and the acquisition of KPMG’s K-Helix, an XBRL provider that simplifies reporting process.
