Bangladesh Bank chief highlights efforts to encourage entrepreneurs
Atiur Rahman, the governor of the Bangladesh Bank, spoke on July 16 about the central bank's efforts to extend credit to entrepreneurs as part of wider efforts to reduce poverty.
