A bank's culture is as important as its capital and liquidity, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Alberto Musalem told an audience at Goethe University, Frankfurt, on November 23.
Musalem, an executive vice-president and head of the New York Fed's integrated policy analysis group, argued culture should "receive continuous and persistent attention".
