SNB’s Jordan: Switzerland can overcome economic challenges
Thomas Jordan, vice-chairman of the governing board at the Swiss National Bank (SNB), on Tuesday outlined three challenges Switzerland faces as a result of the global economic crisis.
Speaking at the National Bank of Austria, Jordan said many countries were facing major economic challenges as a result of the financial and economic crisis. He identified three key challenges that he said were of particular importance to Switzerland and explained how to tackle them.
