Malaysia and Turkey sign memorandum of understanding

The governors of Bank Negara Malaysia and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on May 16 to "foster strategic co-operation".

Zeti Akhtar Aziz, the Malay governor, and Erdem Başçi, governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, took part in the ceremony, held in Istanbul, Turkey.
