The political future of Dominique Strauss-Kahn hangs in the balance as France contemplates whether the former International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director could run for the presidential elections.
As doubts emerged over the credibility of the alleged victim and with Strauss-Kahn being freed on bail, debate in France intensified over whether the former Strauss-Kahn could stand as the socialist candidate in the upcoming French elections.
