W. African Eco and Mon. Union summit ends in Mali

The fifth summit meeting of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) ended in Bamako this afternoon. In the final communique that crowned the conference, the heads of state present stressed the need for a policy aimed at financing revenue-generating activities for the most vulnerable people.
