Ignatyev - Reserves to prevent ruble fluctuation

Central Bank Chairman Sergei Ignatyev has said that the bank is ready for any course of events.
"Our foreign currency reserves make it possible to prevent major fluctuations in the ruble exchange rate in the near future," Ignatyev told
