Central data governance and technology services used by three in 10 central banks
Most central banks said they do not have a central data service to help economists with data challenges, Central Banking’s Economics Benchmarks 2021 data shows.
Centralised data governance and technology services, for instance to help with alternative or big data, are used by just 31% of central banks surveyed.
