
CNB’s Tůma denies reports he will head EU systemic risk board
Zdeněk Tůma, the departing governor of the Czech National Bank, on Thursday rejected claims in a Czech daily that he would head the European Systemic Risk Council.
Tůma, who is to leave the central bank at the end of this month, dismissed suggestions published in E15 that he would he would head the European Systemic Risk Board, to be established in the new year to safeguard the financial stability of the European Union.
